On the Move! is Cambria County’s Active Transportation Plan, which kicked off in October of 2026. The County’s bicycle and pedestrian plan was last updated in 2021. The Planning Commission is taking a different approach to this plan, focusing more on the active transportation component, prioritizing on-road connections to key assets and the health and wellness of County residents.
