The Local Technical Assistance Program is a program offered by PennDOT to provide training on street and road maintenance and safety techniques to municipal employees and elected officials. These courses are free for the municipalities to attend. PennDOT and The Cambria County Planning Commission are pleased to offer courses in the spring and fall in Cambria County.
