The Cambria County Planning Commission is responsible for guiding the
development of the West Hills Region Comprehensive Plan Project. However, because this is a multi-municipal planning effort, each of the participating boroughs and townships also have an active role in every aspect of the initiative. To broaden input and participation, the Commission and municipal partners have assembled a large, diverse group of more than 20 key stakeholders from across the West Hills to serve as
part of a Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.
