The West Hills Region includes Brownstown Borough, Southmont Borough, Westmont Borough, and Upper and Lower Yoder Townships. Together, these communities cover nearly 30 square miles and are home to over 15,000 residents, making this one of the most densely populated areas in Cambria County.
This planning project is about more than just maps and policies—it’s about coming together to shape a shared vision for the region’s future. The final plan will provide a roadmap for how the West Hills communities can grow, adapt, and thrive—together.
