William Penn Avenue Corridor Plan
The Cambria County Planning Commission is currently conducting a corridor plan along William Penn Avenue (SR 3037), located in the Prospect neighborhood of the City of Johnstown. The purpose of the plan is to identify transportation and safety related issues along the corridor and produce an implementable list of projects to improve the safety and quality of life for the residents and traveling public (which includes motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and mass transit users) along the corridor.
